Please note: All video tapes are in the American NTSC VHS video format
and will play on all VCR's in North America. We are drastically reducing our VHS inventory. This will be your last chance to obtain these beautiful ZDF music videos and hundreds of classic German movies and heimatfilme. Due to the limited demand in the USA, most of these movies will unfortunately never be available on DVD in America.
Once our videos are gone, they're gone.!!!

Our videos for sale are brand new and fully guaranteed! Complete the order form attached and return it with your personal check or money order. We also honor VISA, Master Card and Discover bank cards. If your are using a bank card please fill in your complete card number, the expiration date on the card and sign the form in the space where indicated. Your bank card is not charged until your order is shipped!
If you do not have an order form, simply write the information on a blank piece of paper. Mail it to:

All of our video cassettes are manufactured to exacting industry standards. Sometimes to ensure maximum picture quality, please attempt to adjust the tracking control of your unit until the picture is as sharp as possible. All VCRs have a tracking control. If you still encounter a problem in the playback of your videotape after attempting to adjust the tracking control, please forward the tape to the point on the cassette where the defect is located, include a note describing in detail the problem, return it to us UPS within 21 days and we will ship you another copy of the same title immediately. If we are not able to replace the defective title we, will give you the option of selecting another video cassette or we will refund 100% of your purchase price.

We are proud of the high quality of our video products. However we cannot guarantee the content... that is simply a matter of one's personal tastes. Consequently, if you are dissatisfied with the content of one of your videos you have the option of sending it back within 21 days of receipt along with our original invoice (or a copy) or reference to our invoice number and we will credit your account or refund your money minus 25% of the video purchase price for handling/exchange. If you are not sure if you would like to buy a certain video why not join our rental program. You can rent three tapes for $23 for one month, and even shipping charges to you are included in this low rental fee. All our videos are for sale or rent. (A small number of our videos, which are out of print, are no longer available for purchase - rental only)

We will ship and bill to any institution able to provide us with a purchase order against which we can bill. Please include all purchase order information when ordering. If the content of the videos is unsuitable for your curriculum, you may return them within 30 days of receipt and receive a full credit except shipping charges.
Please note: all our German video tapes, manufactured by many different companies, have been digitally transferred to the USA-NTSC television standard and can be played on ANY standard VHS tape recorder - player in the U.S.A. and Canada.
